We stumbled across this restaurant, at the port near the tip of the peninsula- a bit far from other restaurants and shops which probably explains why it was virtually empty. The chef and waiter did not speak a word of English so took some to explain the menu, but was worth it pasta pesto trapanese was excellent- the restaurant is large and specious and clean, probably too far from central avenue to appeal to visitors but well worth a visit

Delicious food, very nice local house wine, but... we ordered one antipasti to share, as we always do in italy and is commonly done in restaurants, and they charged us two antipasti. When we wanted to discuss this, suddenly they did not understand english anymore, and too busy to come to our table. That gave us a sour aftertaste.
