Pizzeria A Soleder - Transacqua

Best pizza in town, the Diavola tasted like American pepperoni pizza, but 10x better. The couple that owns it are super friendly. Great location with outside seating.

I have eaten here a few times while staying in Fiera for 3 weeks. The food is consistently very good. I have had their pastas, their pizzas, their salads, their local specialties, and their desserts. Everything has been satisfying. Their cooking is not high art, but clearly home-made and consistent.

We were looking for a restaurant at 5pm. The owner of the restaurant served us cheerfully, his only customers! We had pork escalope, one with wine sauce and the other with mushroom sauce. We also had sautéed spinach. Dessert was Apple strudel and nut gateau. We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner. The price was very readonable!
