McDonald's - Townsville

I ordered a caramel sundae with vanilla ice cream at this restaurant, but they didn't have chocolate ice cream as an alternative, which I am allergic to. They did not ask for a different option or offer a refund. When I inquired with the girl at the counter, who was wearing a black striped shirt and had short bangs, she told me that was all they had and sent me off. Service: Dine-in Meal Type: Lunch.

The service at this restaurant was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure our dining experience was top-notch. However, the atmosphere left something to be desired, as the décor was a bit lacking and the ambience was not as cozy or inviting as we had hoped. Overall, a great dining experience thanks to the exceptional service.
