One of the worst experiences. We waited for 30 minutes in line before making it to the front. Where we waited another 15, at the register, with no sign of progress. It was also very dirty. There was no sense of urgency for the employees, considering people had been waiting there for close to an hour. Very bad service. Will not return.
Didn’t get our $1 small blizzards, per the promotion going on right now :
I’ve been coming here for probably 10 years. I come with my family every week. we always receive free waters upon request. However, today was a different experience for us. A small cup of water now costs 25 cents! this is obviously tapwater and is not very pleasant to drink. These were accompanied by a pissed look by one or the employees. How about serving sanitary water to your customers? Do better Rainbow Plaza Dairy Queen!
Why is a small cone $3.89? So, so overpriced considering its size and quality. How are you not price-gouging your customers?
