So nice sitting by the river enjoying great food and beer. Wonderful place.

Great food and portions and a great selection of great beers on tap.

The location is great, right on the river with a nice outdoor area. The atmosphere and character of the building is unique. But we were not impressed with the food. Also the function of the restaurant didn’t make sense, order and pay then sit down but go back to the bar for more drinks. It has great potential if some things were improved!

The Cheers of Townsend. Where locals gather with visitors. Great food, craft beer, cider, wine and atmosphere. Live music. A calm place where families are welcome.

May be the best overall dining destination in Townsend. Decent food, good selection of beer, and a great location.Service and atmosphere are top-notch.
