Chipotle Mexican Grill - Town

Very upset that they repeatedly don't label who's burrito is who when I order through the app and don't give napkins and utensils when I specifically request it. Have had issue's with this Chipolte for years. They have ripped me off many times before with burritos that were ridiculously small.

Worst ever! 5 or 6 employees behind the counter, no line and about 4 people in there. Trash overflowing in all trash barrels, no straws , all drink fountain about empty. The place was just a mess. One older lady took my order as she seemed to be doing it all as the kids laughed and were joking around. My burrito had cold chunks of pork in the rap was hard on the edges. Never will go there again too bad it used to be a good place.Poor to no management

Place is always dirty and they skimp on the meat and if you say something they add a little more but then charge you double at the register for extra meat . Most of the time all the employees are walking around and just 1 person is serving the customers and another taking payments. They prioritize online orders over people standing there.

Im tired of these chipotle employees using airpods and listening to music while serving customers! This has got to stop.

Franklin Chipotle. My go to! No words needed, Chipotle always comes through with a wholesome meal! You'll never be disappointed in the amazing taste provided by the combination of their fresh ingredients. Staff at this outlet are very friendly and they are really super quick in preparing good meal. Food standard is also acceptable.
