We are Moes lovers but not anymore. They can never get our to go orders right. I should never have to tear apart my bag to make sure I have everything. Never going again.

Employees and managers alike are very courteous and helpful.

I come here often. Staff are great. Service is usually good. Had to clean off a table before I could sit down. NO HEAT. FREEZING in here. I have seen other reviews similar. When are you going to provide your customers with a clean, warm and wecoming atmosphere!Going back to Pittsford because they have heat in winter and A/C in the summer.Thank you.

Waited and nobody came for service. Left after 10 min.

The heat was not working in the restaurant. The poor employees were wearing their jackets inside. Not a good dining experience this time around.
