Taco Bell - Town of Orchard Park

Food is amazing as always but I have to make it a habit to check my order before I leave because they ALWAYS forget something and the employee attitude is not great usually as they sound very annoyed that I'm ordering in the drive thru

For a fast food restaurant the food it is not bad. The service was fast.I like going there once in a while for a crunchy taco.The atmosphere is decent, the place was clean, the employees were wearing gloves when giving the food.

I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande and the chips were burnt and busted up they actually tasted like

Taco bell app is the worst!!!!!!!!! And nobody can help with the issue. Taco bell stole my money because no one in store can help with an app issue and there's no way to contact anybody for the app!!!!!!!! They totally suck!!!!! And customer service is as atrocious as it comes!!!!!!!

Had the most pleasant Taco Bell experience ever at this location. The staff was super attentive, communicative and speedy. Very on top of it.I’ve had some horrific visits at other locations and needed to shout out this out! Honestly, I would avoid Taco Bell completely if I wasn’t addicted to Nacho Fries.
