Taco Bell - Town of Oneonta

Ordered through door dash. Order was wrong and incomplete but the manager fixed the issue the following day. Im pleased with customer service, and will continue to buy from this Taco Bell. Thank you!

Never usually have any problems with taco bell though this time wasnt the case. the soft taco shell was hard and dry and so was the tortilla on the burrito as well as there was only sour cream on the very bottom on the burrito. and my Cinnabon Delights 2 Pack were smashed so the filling leaked out. very disappointed as I said I usually have a good experience with them.

Im gonna be honest. When we order from the oneonta Taco Bell, we expect something to be wrong. They usually do forget something, make an error, mess up an item, anything to make sure its not perfect but tonight, they killed it. 5 stars.

My food was thrown in bag where it looked like a big toco and the questilla was burnt way overcooked not satisfied customer today
