This place is so, so good. Got “The Bird is the Word” and “Mac attack” with fries for lunch both were extraordinarily good. ?

Best burger and fries in Ulster county!!! I wasn't expecting much from a menu that was heavily vegetarian influenced, but I took a chance and ordered a burger takeout platter. I was surprised! It's been a while since I had a delicious, cooked to perfection, gourmet style, hearty 1/2 lb. Hamburger, choice meat, on a delicious bun. Yes, Quality meat. Every bite was an absolute delight. And unlike the bland, Costco bulk fries most restaurants serve, the fries at Provisions are hand cut and they season them to perfection. And a second big takeout (sorry for the pun), the price was extremely reasonable (in these inflationary times). At current prices, I would have paid the same as MacDonalds. I'll be back and for my next family event, as their menu says events are their specialty, I'm going to see if they're available.

Arugula salad is the bomb! Absolutely love it. Can’t wait to try the cookies I bought as well.

My coworkers and I try to get provisions as often as possible. The food is delicious and so fresh. Service is great, Allie Emily are incredible. It should also be noted that Emily the owner has done incredible things for the community, absolutely selfless locally owned can’t get much better.
