Mcdonald's - Town of Massena

Morons couldn't even put a burger in a happy meal. It was the only thing on the order.

Asked if they minded cutting a Big MSc in half. They fall apart and the plastic knives just don't do it. The young girl brought it out and actually said we have so many in the drive thru they just didn't have time to cut in half . There was 1 car in drive thru. Wonder if they will have time to clean up the coke I spilled in the bathroom and in lobby

Place is all mind Games, and working here and not being instantly liked just gives you bad rep, even for nothing.Some people need to grow up.Stop preying on people.woth rumors and gossip especially about mental health issues and even more especially when those issues don't actually exist that's called bad intel.

This place is open till midnight but I have gone here twice the last month and both times my food was horribly old. I usually get a spicy McChicken and mcdouble when I go. Both times the chicken isn't edible because it's impossible to chew from sitting in the warmer over easily multiple hours. They also didn't make the mcdouble right. Both times I have had this experience. Go to main St if you need to go to McDonald's cause this one isn't it.

All workers hav gave us dirty looks today and didn't seem happy to be there the birthday boy seemed nice thoe so that's why it gets 2 stars
