Smoked brisket burger is one of the best I've ever had

Ordered burger plus fries and burger plus tots. Man took the order then turned away to pour himself a milkshake while talking on the phone. Finally asked him for receipt and table . 15 minutes one burger forgot fries. 5 more minutes one burger with first orders fries forgot tots. 15 more minutes had to ask for tater tots to go. 10 more minutes finally got some cold tots to go. Man never got off his phone. Never said sorry, we'll get the food out to you. There were only 2 tables dining in and 2 other folks ordering. Not busy at all. Terrible service, long wait, wrong orders. Just awful.

I placed my order at 9pm and was told that I could not eat in the dining room because they close at 10pm. I've come here around 9pm before and was never told that the dining room was closed.I emailed smashburger with a copy of my receipt showing the time that I placed my order. I never heard back from anyone.

Where is the pride in making good sandwiches. None here. Asked for a chicken avocado club. That’s what I got instead. Used to be a good place but not anymore. Just like the other one in

Burgers were delicious. Very clean restaurant. Drive thru would have been an added bonus Parking: Decent amount of parking space.
