Bidra med feedbackOrdered half a dozen of donuts. Ordered specifically 3 chocolate and 3 Boston creams. All 3 Boston creams had NO cream in them whats so ever. Whats the point of a Boston cream WITH NO CREAM? Absolutely disappointed and will not order donuts from here again. The drink I ordered though was pretty good.
Tables are never clean and this 1 manager always has the same shirt on ?
You would figure a company in the business of selling coffee wouldn't try to ensure every one of their customers end up with diabetes. I order a coffee with cream and sugar they put a quarter cup of sugar. You ask to substitute for caramel swirl they assume you meant 4 caramel swirls. I love coffee but I hate when it's like a bottle of syrup. It'll be a while before I go back.
So doughy it’s like they didn’t even toast it I can squish this so easily smh an my hash browns weren’t crispy when I asked for them crispy an my refresher taste like just the concentrate no tea at all I had to put water in it when I got to
I work right next to this DD. Frequently go there for a coffee, breakfast, or even a light snack. This morning was my last time visiting this location and any other location owned by the same person. After waiting in line for nearly 15 minutes I began placing my order which consisted of a strawberry frosted donut, two orders or hash browns, an iced mocha coffee with cream, and since it’s Christmas time I had to grab 6 gift cards valued at $10 each for my sons teachers and my colleagues. The drive thru associate then tells me I can only get 5 gift cards maximum in the drive thru. It makes very little sense. I was told I had to go in to purchase the 6th card. I really wanted to just leave them and there, but I couldn’t leave my son hanging. So as I pulled up to the window I get handed my cards only to wait for my donut, hash browns, and coffee to make their way to me. If this 5 gift card maximum at the drive thru is policy, it was unknown to me and most likely most others. What I really don’t understand is why an employee wouldn’t just make the paying customer’s life a little easier and take care of the 6th gift card transaction. If it is for the sake of not holding up the line, I get it, but the coffee and food orders were out at least 2 minutes after I got the cards. I will now travel out of my way to another DD owned by someone who takes care of their customers who pay a small fortune for their food and drink.
