Bidra med feedbackWe had a job that was just about $100, and the first problem was that the system told us to wait an hour. I came an hour later, but no order. I waited 10 minutes, but still no order. I asked for my order and they had to print it out. Apparently, any order over $90 has to be printed on a printer when they remember printing it. then, when I remembered them, they commanded him, and when I came home, we found out that the command was wrong. that was a big mistake.
Every single time I walk to this location I am treated with the best customer service! Yesterday was a unique situation in which manager Leeann was able to help us accommodate a member that we coach next-door. We appreciate this location and enjoy being neighbors! Coach Heather, Profile STL
1. The place is almost always filthy.2. They are always sold out of everything!!!3. Their pastries are either sold out or dry. When I got the last brownie, it was drier than the Sahara desert. I asked them for a refund or something since everything else was sold out. They said to just get something else instead, but they were sold out of EVERYTHING! I told her again but she didn’t listen, so I had to walk out with a dry and uneaten brownie in the trash and $4 WASTED! I’m so mad right now the service is awful ?
Awesome. Had to go out in the snowstorm and needed to eat. These guys are here, crushing it.had margherita pizza, Turkey chili, two salads and some pastries. All good stuff!
I used to live this location. It has nice interior. But today i got my sandwich with the these green leaves. Just be careful everyone when you it your food. Don’t eat bad food when you pay for it.
