White Mulberries - Tower Hamlets

I spent a week in London and visited White Mulberries multiple times. I loved everything about it - the ambiance, the food, the staff, and the coffee! Treat yourself and check out this place. It's even better when the weather is nice; sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful view is truly wonderful.

Busy, but it managed to get a nice table as a walk, how can not work for groups less than ordering over the app not worked for me, but quick and easy to order on the counter. order came fast and eat really nice. beautiful location, visibility and atmosphere. good service.

My family and I visited this restaurant on a Saturday morning with two young children. We were seated at tables with chairs brought over, but there were still leftover tables with chairs. We waited for our drinks for a long time, even though we had ordered them before. The app said it would take a few minutes for our coffee and hot chocolate, but it took much longer. I understand that there may be a lack of staff, but one female employee could have at least acknowledged us instead of throwing a tantrum. We were willing to wait, but it was frustrating to be ignored. We were not informed that they were short-staffed before we sat down, which would have been helpful. The rude employee continued to act unprofessionally, making us feel disrespected as paying customers. We asked to speak to the manager, but they never came out. Our drinks eventually arrived, but they were small for the price we paid. On a positive note, there was a friendly waitress with stretched ears who was polite and professional. However, we never received an apology for the poor service. Overall, we found the experience to be too slow, rude, and expensive. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this place in London.

This restaurant caffe is in the did almost very good and if they only want drinks, it is good. the menu is concentrated and the food is very good, but the service is oh, so, slow. we have been here several times for lunch and it takes in the usually only few minutes to use their packings and they do not always bring them to the same time for all guests. if they have time for a cozy lunch, then good. if not, or if they are impatient, then they think twice.

We visited as a family, we were asked to order via app (totally fine) However we had our year old daughter with us and we were struggling to find toast on the menu. my partner asked the waiter for some help to which his...reply very burntly was “I’m too busy”. My partner sat back down to look once more at the menu, while the waiter instantly then went on to serve two ladies with the most lovely service. Now this is either because we were not locals or because he was just rude. We left and went next door were the service was fantastic and very helpful. Upset for all
