Made a booking via their website only to find out that they don’t send confirmations and therefore no booking. Family dinner ruined. The rude staff didn’t help at all, offering us multiple tables for us but only for 90 minutes. A disgrace…..

The location is great with good view of river view, food is not up to expectation that I had for royal China, mediocre at best. Will not come back

Very rude person making the reservations. Highly strung and very rude. Overall this place has missed the bus. Some of the older staff are the saving grace. Definitely the management should get rid of the harridan at the door.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, especially the dim sum. The mocktails are average but are presented in a nice way. The staff is a bit hit or miss with friendliness, but overall the service is good. The location is great with calming views.

I ordered a half portion of roasted duck to go. However, when I opened the container, I found that the "half duck" was missing the drumstick and wing! Despite the missing pieces, the duck itself was tasty. Just be aware that they may offer to chop it for you, but it's best to decline to ensure you get the full portion.
