Domino's Pizza Wapping - Tower Hamlets

I ordered a week ago two deep pans got thin, they offered a replacement for my next order and received a thin crust again.

I placed an order for delivery. from this store before 11pm on a Tuesday night, and it states on the website that they are open until midnight for deliveries. I got a call just after 11pm telling me the store is shut, they can't deliver my pizza and that they can't refund my money tonight also because they were now shut. They said I'd have to wait till tomorrow before they will even start to put through my refund, and hung up. So they are doing nothing about it tonight, even though I get no food and they have my money. I was told I can place another order so that their Docklands store can deliver to me, as they are open later ! . So I can pay even more money before they refund me for the failed delivery. I called them back a number of times trying to get my refund, before someone in the store who sounded like the manager told me I would be banned from the store if I call them again.

I ordered a surprise pizza for bf as a sorry because we are on a bad patch at the moment so can not expect reply from him so I had to called in the store to ask if the driver manage to deliver the pizza to him and if he collected it from the driver. note I ordered the pizza at 11am and this call I made was 21:00 in evening . but the staff I spoke on phone did not seem to understand english and he kept repeating we will deliver the pizza and when I said do you understand what am i even asking you he still did not understand when I said it was in the morning I ordered again he repeated we will deliver it so I said CAN i SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGER he said I am the manager and when I said can I have your name please he said I will not give my name I said staff wears name badge on shop floor for a reason you are not working for MI6 that you are some covert agent it is domino's for god sake you in hospitality retail business customer care business I will contact head office and talk to them regarding issue and while I was saying that he hang up on me now I ordered from this branch nearly every other week for at least 3 years food never had issue but this was first interaction with staff and he was talking to me like I was his very old friend no professionalism pathetic customer service training buy dominos to its employees.

Price for personal pizza £7.99?! Any size pizza £11.99?! They must be insane putting those prices. It to obvious they wanna rob people! No way I will be coming back until this goes back to normal haha outrageous!

Took £30 and received no delivery said the site was univalibke to take orders after they took payment
