Bidra med feedbackOkay so firstly I come to stay over at a hotel for a conference meeting in London and I found these guys. I gave them a call and made my order, the minimum order to deliver is 15 pound so I ordered to meet that requirement and instead i got ripped off! They probably .....actually most likely do this on a day to day basis thinking they would just take peoples money just like that. My order was: 8inch pizza, coleslaw, and a can of coke for 15 pound. Then again I didn't mind paying for it as i assumed that how much they charge. Then the, delivery driver comes in all in a rush gives me my food and asked for 15 pound... out of curiosity i questioned the delivery driver asking how much the pizza, side order and the can of coke is... the individual prices he gave me came to a total of 11.45. I doubled checked this in JustEat and it was 11.45! Ripped me off so much and then they had the cheek to say that I accepted it, like ofcourse I would accept it if I did not know what the prices were and you gave me the wrong price! I'm am really really upset as it ruined my whole mood when the delivery driver didn't even understand too, he was just extremely rude and the security guards of the hotel had to get involved. I highly suggest you guys never go to this place as I assure you there will be disappointment just waiting at their door for you!
A terrible pizza, very soggy , salty and flavorless. Best way to spoil a Friday night. Service is also terrible.
I ordered two 15-inch pizzas with thick crust over the phone. When I arrived to pick them up on time, they hadn't even started making my pizza yet. To make matters worse, when the pizza was finally ready 25 minutes later, the worker accidentally dropped it on the floor while handing it to me. Since the owner wasn't in at the time, I had to wait another 15 minutes for a new pizza to be made. When the owner arrived and realized the mistake, they both started arguing in Afghan language. After receiving my pizza for the second time, this one not dropped, I went home and opened the box to find a 12-inch pizza with thin crust - not what I had originally ordered. They made a mistake and I feel like I was ripped off as a result. This isn't the first time they have made errors like this; once before, one employee asked me to pay when I had already paid to someone else. They lack structure and professionalism.
I visited Diamond Pizza tonight and ordered a cheeseburger meal for £2.90. When I got home, I discovered that the burger was completely inedible because the buns were hard. I called the restaurant and the customer service was poor both on the phone and in person. The owner or worker tried to explain that they warm up the buns in the microwave, causing them to harden when they cool down. He offered me another meal, but I declined and asked for a refund. He initially refused, claiming that some of the food had been eaten, but eventually gave me my money back after some argument. There was no apology or remorse from him. I will not be returning to this establishment.
Great staff and they try hard to please which is important. Food ok and quick. It's just inconsistent with quality some days its brill and others it's just ok.
