A lot of youth in this restaurant, youth of staff, youth of decors, youth in the proposed dishes. all of this has a professionalism. the tasting formula with a glass of wine accompanying the dishes, a different wine and matching to each dish, is very pleasant. the dishes are of an amazing inventiveness and an amazing taste quality. Maybe the first michelin star will soon be doubled?
