La Guinguette - Toulouse

Nice place and good food!!! Try it after a walk or a bike ride along the river La Garonne and after a drink!

We came here on a friday afternoon for some drinks. Unfortunately they didn't serve snacks or tapas until 19:30 so I can't comment on the quality of the food. The setting of this place is lovely though, the staff attentive and quick and the drinks were wonderful. i would recommend La Guinguette as a great place to have a drink floating on the river!

I ate there on a warm summer evening and it was just perfect. The food is not amazing, average even I should say but you can share houmous or tatzikis and then have some sepia or a carpaccio. Anyway people don't go there for the quality of the food but for the location as you can eat over the river, on the bank of la Garonne next to the pont neuf and honestly even if I've been in this town for twenty years I have to admit that this place at sunset is a bit magic. Go and have a drink and you won't regret it.....

I've been to La Guinguette twice for lunch with my friends and I can just recommend the place. Very nice fresh food for correct price. Salad burrata is just perfect and Sepia too...can't wait for another lunch or dinner with live music!! ????????????
