Bidra med feedbackWe really enjoyed lunch here with a traditional market meal on the terrace. Everything we ate was very good and the service was friendly. The prices were quite reasonable as well.
Restaurant was almost completely full for Sunday lunch but we received a friendly welcome and were guided to a table that was better than the one we might have chosen. The noise is part of the atmosphere. Our waiter was a French law student with excellent English which meant that I could not practise my French! Very busy but efficient. We loved the baked aubergine with a parmesan sauce as a starter, then perfectly cooked pan-fried fillet of haddock, and finally an enormous lemon meringue pie and banoffee (latter not very French but excellent). This was all on the menu.
UK group booked for 1.30. Waited until 2.30 then a french group who arrived 45 minutes after us got the table. If you are a tourist don’t bother.
Came here for lunch. Food was very good, had a toulousian sausge dish and herring for a starter, very good.
For who wants to eat good fresh products, have a smiling and fast service and not to cut off his purse, the good graillou is made for you! it has been for years that I eat in this restaurant and I don't get tired of it. products are very good (visibly imported from the Victoria Hugo market just below). You can eat in 45 minutes if you are in a hurry (but you will not be pulled out of the plates if you take your time). The menu offers enough dishes to find its account. The menu price is quite affordable. a menu entry-plat-dessert to 15 euros with these products, it does not refuse. I recommend the gasconne salad and then the bavette and chocolate mousse, a treat all this:) obviously, it is not a gourmet restaurant and some may deplore the canteen side of the restaurant (at peak hours, it is very loud, you must recognize it). The other disadvantage is its success: think about arriving by noon 15 otherwise it will be complete. Definitely, one of the addresses not to be missed in Toulouse. a glance at the "room leader" who always has a nice word or a little joke to welcome you. On top!!!
