Jersey Mike's Subs - Totowa

They tricked me because I had a coupon, buy one regular sub and get one free. They overcharged me $12.00 dollars for a regular Italian.

I love Jersey Mikes, however I was in Totowa and decided to go to that location. The customer service was friendly, but my sandwiches were horrible. They had little to no meat, and when I asked the guy about the meat he said it's there, the turkey cheese were really wet and soggy with all this lettuce it was hardly no meat, the third sandwich was a steak cheese hardly no meat also. I was very disappointed when I got home, because it was going to be my dinner. As I mentioned I usually go to the one in West Orange and never had this problem. It was 58.00 lost because I wasn't satisfied. I won't be going to this location again.

Personally i never had a problem with this jersey mikes. It’s always my go to for lunch!! ????

The place was clean and I was able to walk right in and order. I ordered my favorite the ITALIAN ?.They forgot to add the banana peppers but it was still GOOD.

So I went in yesterday morning with my wife to get a couple sandwiches for us now I really don’t do reviews like this but I have to for this. The lady in the front slicing the meat was very rude and loud the place was very dirty and they made our sandwiches horrible it’s like it was done bad intentions. The guy up front with the braids also was not professional and acted like he had a problem with me snatched my money out of my hand and then gave me my change back with an attitude not a thank you or anything he just gave us a bad look. All in all they all looked like they didn’t want to work and take my order so when I go home to eat it the sandwich was disgusting as well. The Jersey Mikes in Wayne are the best they are professional and very polite and their service is amazing. Totowa I definitely give you guys a zero star and also the place was dirty don’t have a clue of why was it that dirty but I will not be going back to this place for sure.
