Ihop - Totowa

It took a while for the drinks to come out. I would take a Pic of the burger but it was almost not there. The slice of tomato was thicker than the burger.

The food is great. Be aware of the night shift server named Linda. She will purposely make you uncomfortable if she is having a bad day. I'm not sure why a server would act that way to a paying customer.

We (family of 7)visited for our daughter’s graduation all the way from Brooklyn. The food was BEYOND AMAZING!!! I’m not gonna lie the HALAL MEAT IS DEFINITELY worth all the rave!!! The customer service was PHENOMENAL! EVERYONE CONGRATULATED OUR BABY! Our server Jennifer treated us with such care! She was the sweetest most accommodating server that just made us feel like we could ask her anything and we’re not burdening her!she made sure we were ok the entire meal! The Chefs did their thing our family couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the food was! Johnathon the manager came and checked in on us as well he was super personable and engaged with his staff and diners so wonderfully. Then upon leaving the lady Thynchia( I hope I got that right) was so observant and rushed to help us get a bag! We felt so loved and acknowledged! Best IHOP experience EVER!!!! They just gained return customers all the way from Bk NY And THEY HAD NO IDEA ABOUT YHE REVIEW BEING MADE! So this is them on the regular!!!!! Thank u guys so much!!!

JT was amazing. He made our experience at iHop one of the best i’ve ever experienced. He was attentive and made sure we had everything we need while keeping a smile on his face. THANK YOU JT

JT did amazing at memorizing our orders and constantly accommodating us and our needs.
