Staying on holiday at camping Salinello was a real surprise to discover this beachfront restaurant right inside the village. Excellent service, nice and well maintained location and above all a quality of food offer really excellent. Congratulations to the owner for the choice of staff and especially of the chef, with whom I had the opportunity to talk, who selects the raw material carefully so that we can offer the best to the customers. The menu changes daily, homemade pasta, fresh fish and cooked with skill. It is a rarity to find such a quality offer within a tourist village. That's it!
Negative reviews unfortunately were truthful, very inexperienced staff and consequently the service does not benefit from it The menu exclusively by voice does not allow you to choose calmly and consequently the account will be surprising.... Sea salad appetizer mainly composed of squid cut very thin with julienne carrots and little more and soutè mussels and clams of poor quality 2 mixed frittures of very good fish, I asked a glass of rose and brought me a red wine... To conclude in sadness a cheese cake with berries 5 euros served in the plastic bowl produced industrial mineral water and coffee for an account of 66 euros Only fried and location to save, the rest rejected.
We return to the seafront after the pleasant double experience made last summer. We immediately notice that the number of covers has practically doubled and also the menu proposals are wider, so far everything ok. We pray for dinner and we are asked to introduce ourselves not before 20.45, given the many covers, otherwise we would risk a long wait for the dishes. First alarm bell, however we respect the request and we arrive at the restaurant at agreed time begin the problems, attention to the customer nothing, we stop a boy to know where to sit, no one explains to us that to read the menu we have to read the QRcode, it is okay we arrive alone, after more than 20 minutes armiamoval to the flight a girl of the service to be able to bring at least the water to drink. After more than 35 minutes and having taken a certain tension in the staff composed all of young boys who wandered lost to the tables without anyone organizing them, I decide to go to the only person to take the commands, with a certain flemma and I get polemic from what I could hear from the tables nearby to ask that someone take care of us and allow us to do the command,...... I ate in this place near the beach for two days in a row and paid very little (less than sixteen euros per head) for very, very abundant portions. On the first day I was absolutely ecstatic from a huge tray of spaghetti with the pannocchie, Saporitissimo, also thanks to the tomatoes that in Tortoreto have an exceptional taste. Second we took a 'sea salad with Catalan taste, very good, the next day, very abundant dish of spaghetti with clams (perhaps a little too seasoned) while very disappointing was the soup of mussels (alquanto insapori in this part of the Adriatic) seasoned with too much wine and crostini of bread little toasted.
