Bidra med feedbackA small hidden gem! very welcoming family restaurant that we visited during this week days (april we have just returned after days of sun to house in the usa. we were at the iberostar next door, but decided to go bb so we can. eat every day. we found this restaurant on our second day and then visited it every day as we loved how they felt so welcome and right next to our hotel it was a great lunch break. we met the owner and his daughter every day, and she would really feel our son so trost and he always asked to return every day. it was his favorite place. we tried many different options; sandwiches, Melone/ham, pasta, pizza, steak, huh, garlic bread, omelette (yes we tried a bit from the menu) they also made clear dishes for our sohn alfie. large beer, wine and soft drinks. perfect location in the beach promenade as well as to watch the people in the middle of the day. we will definitely visit them again.
A great place to sit and watch the wavy and human past. We were served by the owner pepe who was very welcoming and made such a impression that we returned three more paints. we enjoyed beautiful chilled glasses from wein to great praises. accompanied by a free dish of nuts or olives. Although pepe has spoken little English, we have spoken about the weather and football in my interSpanish. the hotel is located near the great iberostar hotel where we were.
Beautiful environment, great menu and friendly staff! everything is freshly cooked and portioned are generous. it is worth ordering and sharing a few dishes
We are here a couple of times to breakfast always really good and friendly staff, beautiful opposite to sitting outside in shadow. I tried the tapas and wasn't good, but friends told us the pizza here is fantastic, we're coming back on our... next visit
For great value, yum food (although nothing overly posh), and fantastic service I would highly recommend going to Menta. In fear of appearing as ‘brits abroad’, when on holiday we tend to avoid visiting places more than once for food, but here, we ended up...going for lunch twice and for dinner once. The food itself was nothing complicated, but for the price, it was brilliant. Out of of us who visited for dinner, no meal was anything but delicious (and we had a very fussy year old with us). Their sangria was also fab! In addition the service was great!! As people who try to speak the language when abroad, it was apparent that this was appreciated by the staff. The main gentleman who served us (we believe his name to be something like Heffe or Jefe) was great at communicating with us, despite not speaking particularly fluent English, and was animated, attentive and friendly. Couldn’t speak more highly of him as a waiter. If you want a very friendly, family-feeling restaurant, with great value, good food, where there’s something to eat for the whole family, I would highly recommend. A fuss free restaurant.
