Winchester - Torrington

Our first time there. Winchester Steak and the Mexican chicken dish was delicious. Her Balsamico dressing was perfect with the salad and the bread with the oil before our meal was delicious!!! The waiter was attentive. Peaceful, illuminated environment .

Such a wonderful culinary experience. Very attentive staff, food was absolutely amazing! We were not disappointed at all. Definitely a hidden jewel in Torrington. We will definitely go back!

We really like the menu. If you are in a hurry, you might want to go elsewhere. If you have plenty of time, it's very good.

The Winchester is hands down my absolute favorite restaurant of all time and I’m not just talking about Torrington, folks! Ricky is a VERY talented cook and no other restaurant can compare to their extremely diverse menu, fair prices, flavor, huge portions, and hot freshly made to order entrees served on a hot plate! From baked stuffed shrimp to oven ki murgi to chicken cordon blu to the spanish combo to the famous juicy mouth watering Winchester steak and let’s not forget about some of their amazing specials from fresh lobster to baked stuffed scallops to rack of lamb to veal rollentini. You really cannot go wrong no matter what you choose! The atmosphere is warm and inviting everyone who gathers here is like family and last but not least amazing job on renovations this year it looks great! Well done

Two nights from South Carolina. First night live music and a big bartender. Second night, a great bartender had an amazing New York Strip dinner.
