Kfc - Torrington

Family of 9 came in and order over 150$ worth of food to be stolen by an Uber driver, after getting everything sorted out and getting replacement food we did not get tenders like we ordered and argued with by shakur that we where lying about the tenderswe received them, after being disrespected. Jacob was the nicest employee and made sure everything was correct and we had a nicedinner, and did things right my opinion he should be given shakurs position.Horrible experience in all.

Absolutely terrible customer service, either they get your order wrong or it?s just terrible food.

Horrible service , food was reheated and spongy not crispy will never eat there again

Came in with 9 people and spent over 150 dollars the order was stolen bye a door dash driver and the manager shaquir tried arguing that we took it and when they messed up the order after the fact he tried making accusations that we where stealing thattoo but the manager below him Jacob did a great job resolving the situation

Update: it's a bit better then the last time I went! They're polite and the food is really good. Old: Just got kfc with my mom. $37 for literally old food that did not taste fresh. A small thing of mashed potatoes for $2.49. We ordered a box of chickentenders, tasted them and I threw it back in the box, didn't taste fresh at all. The fries were hard and also not fresh. Theyalso never asked us for a plastic bag but at the drive thru that's what they put our food in and charged ¢.10 Definitely notworth anyone's time or money.
