Chili's Grill - Torrance

My husband and I got the 2 for $25 deal. Steak was cooked perfectly AND our waiter was very nice. Can't wait to go back

Sadly we did not have the best experience at this Chilis. Our server seemed to be a bit distracted or forgetful and took way longer than expected to bring our food or refill our drinks. The side plates he brought us were dirty and he also left ourdrinks resting on a booth (see image) and seemed to completely ignore them even after my family and I pointed it out. He alsogot my order wrong but I didn?t complain since I enjoyed it. While I understand being very busy and short-staffed can affectboth wait times and the servers? concentration, he seemed to be helping other tables just fine. Not really sure what was up withthat. Our food was still great, but it does not make up for the poor experience we had.

Chili?s offered a break in the day, a good sized restaurant offering both eat in, bar services and takeaway food options. The menu has changed since I last visited sk j tried the brisket bbq burger which was good. Taste with the bbq and ketchup sauce wasa little overly sweet for my taste but the burger and brisket was good. It comes with fries in a small (by American standards)container that didn?t leave waste and didn?t force me to over eat, which was welcomed. I paired this with a peach ice tea.Expected it would include refills but that was never offered. Service was generally good, each booth and table offered a consoleto view menu and pay, however it wasn?t immediately obvious if never used before and the staff soon came to offer help and takethe order. Service was fast and good and staff were helpful and friendly. Located across the road from the mall it offers achange when the mall gets busy. Worth a visit and the menu change was welcomed.

We were able to get in with no wait. Our server (forgot their name) was quite polite and helpful when it came to suggesting what to order when we were indecisive. The food took a bit long, but it was great. Our server did a great job at entertaining us (while also tending to their other tables) to ease us through the wait.

We arrived at about 1:30pm on Mother's Day and we had no wait time. They took our drink order within 5 minutes of us being seated and the meal order was taken within 15 minutes. The only issue was they put in our food order before the appetizer so we got our meals before the appetizers. All the food was cooked well and tasted great. Service was excellent.
