Torquay Charcoal Chicken

This restaurant is amazing!! Get your food to go and head down to the beach, find a seat, and take in the beautiful view - outstanding!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at this fantastic chicken shop. The family atmosphere was great, and the staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit extra special. The chicken schnitzel burger, chicken and chips, hamburger with the lot, and delicious gravy were all highlights of our meal. We have returned multiple times and have always received excellent food and service. Keep up the great work!

The hamburger was the worst I've ever had. It had no bun, just soggy bread, no sauce, no onions, no flavor. It's such a shame because the Charcoal Chicken restaurant where I used to live was the best. I was very disappointed. The shop had hardly anything in it, the drink fridge was almost empty, and the atmosphere was lacking.

Such a pity the staff are always rude and the chips are always old and cold.It has so much potential to be a great takeaway restaurant in Torquay. After hoping it had improved I just walked out after I ordered due to the rudest response after I asked for fresh chips. Never going back and do not recommend at all!

Great price for succulent fresh chicken - chips were fried on the spot for the order - owner was really friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed it!
