Squires Loft Torquay

Had my usual rare eye fillet with baked potatoes and green pepper sauce. The steak was overcooked closer to medium than medium rare. But it still tasted fantastic. What more can I say, great location, service and consistent quality steak.

Visited for a quick bowl of chips. The staff were so lovely and got them out so quickly! <br/ <br/ The interior was surprisingly cosy and intimate. We’ll definitely be back for a full meal.

Partner and I have high expectations of Squires and each time they deliver.<br/ <br/ The ambiance was romantic with dimmed lights. The staff are so knowledgeable and honest, easy to get along with. The calibre of meat used is always high quality and the sauces are so tasty. I ordered the eye fillet with mushroom sauce and chips, boyf ordered the black Angus eye fillet. He kept saying it melted in his mouth, I wanted to try however being pregnant and it being rare I couldn’t but will definitely be back after the bub.<br/ <br/ We ordered the Chocolate Fudge Cake for dessert and my lord, I did not want to share. The fudge sauce was amazing I would suggest this for your chocolate-lovers and sweet tooths! <br/ <br/ We enjoyed our time here and are so happy with the consistency between each site!

Excellent steaks cooked perfectly! All staff were exeptinaly friendly and welcoming. Kids- friendly restaurant and offer good kids food options. Highly recommended.

I don't want to say too much to create an unrealistic expectation, but the food is of a very high calibre and the sauces are amazing. Prior to going there I was not a fan of blue cheese, but their blue cheese sauce has swayed me
