Bistro on the Green Torquay

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for a meal with stunning views of the beach. The outdoor seating is perfect for a hot day and the beer was served ice cold. The staff were excellent and there was ample car parking available. However, I found the food to be a bit underwhelming compared to my expectations. It could have just been a personal preference.

The restaurant offers excellent food, outstanding service, and reasonably priced meals. I enjoyed the Chicken Parma while others in my group ordered the Chicken Schnitzel. The food was served promptly and the service was excellent with friendly staff. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a relaxed atmosphere. It is kid-friendly and has wheelchair access. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained.

Had lunch during a visit to observe dishes. personal friendly and great from the point of view of bistro. had the cauliflower sweet potato pizza, probably the best pizza I've ever tasted with this wonderful cheese quite nicely. found, although the drinks from the bar were quite expensive compared to other...uls locations. no idea if club still wants to be seen as bowls club or entertainment venue.

I stopped for the Parmi night and wisjed, that we didn't. started with a flat beer and wjen I asked for a replacement after only 1 mouthful was looked strange and grudgingly given another that was only marginally better. the view around the park. well plundered, so ordered, and the woman ordered a simple shinitzel. meal was fast with fast service. the huh was blande, had no texture and really poor mouthfeel, as had on own faust. obviously frozen and restored meat. that's the first time I haven't finished my flesh.

My partner and I arrived in Torquay for a stay at an Airbnb. After taking a walk on the beach, we decided to dine at the Bowling Club Bistro. We enjoyed a generously portioned meal on Wednesday, which happened to be Parmi Night with a variety of options to choose from. The bar offered a great selection of drinks, including craft beers. The restaurant has a spacious outdoor area with a view of the sea. The staff were friendly and the prices were reasonable.
