Bidra med feedbackMy friend and I have been coming to vaticano for years, and we will continue to come back for the wonderful service, the atmosphere and of course the incredible food. each worker is so warm and attentive, and felice is a king ~ everything on the menu is exceptional, but my personal favorite is the agnolotti alla sasha 10 stars of 5! x
I went to this restaurant for a business meeting, the owner/Koch was very welcoming and pleased to have us. he put us right in front of the kitchen and told us how he freshens everything daily and shows us how everything was done. I thought it was quite fascinating to observe everything that is done and to see what really goes behind the scenes of the kitchen. Not less, my colleagues and I ordered to share the kakaosalat as our appetizers, and I myself ordered frutti de mari. my colleague has ordered fitello vaticano. that was delicious, I never had any Italian food in toronto taste so exquisite before. I recommend visiting vatikan for every event.
Calming and relaxing atmosphere. vaticano restaurant never disappoints! always in harmony with the quality of food and service. my partner and I shared an “Antipasto alla Gordon”, followed by “Spaghetti frutti di Mare” and “Bucatini all'amatriciana”. as usual, eating was tasteful and we enjoyed it with a good bottle ripasso. (btw, vaticano has an impressive wine list many thanks to an vaticano! we had a great time again!
I came now after a year of restrictions to the Vatican restaurant and met here excellent service and eating as before covid. I would like to recommend this friendly place to everyone. igor
The food was good and our waiter was lovely but my friend ordered the foccacia and when it came, the bread was clearly not foccacia. When she asked about it, they took it back, cut the crusts off and told us that it had come straight from the oven when it was no warmer than when we originally got it. She was refunded for the order, but it would have been better if the kitchen had simply said they were out of foccacia rather than hoping we wouldn't know the difference between foccacia and a regular oval loaf.
