Patio is dirty when open. Not cared for. Even on beautiful days, the staff won't set it up if they don't feel like it.They don't use barista oat milk, unfortunately.Closed random days and hours and not as posted on their door. I hope they improve. It could be a great place to enjoy a coffee.

Cappuccino tasted like drip coffee with milk and was served dangerously hot

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent experiences at this franchise. I had multiple bad encounters at the restaurant in 2022, which led me to stop going. However, I decided to give it another chance and visited twice in January 2023. I am happy to report that the staff is now professional and friendly, showing that good service and friendliness can go hand in hand. Additionally, there are more food options available now and the prices are reasonable. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Hopefully this was just a one-time occurrence. The server seemed disinterested in her job. She didn't respond to my greeting, forgot to include an item in my order and had to be reminded, and made one of the drinks half-heartedly. Show some enthusiasm, you are serving customers.
