The Drake Hotel - Toronto

I didn't particularly enjoy the food, but the atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant. The service was good, though not outstanding.

Serving portions really small and they overcharge based on this.

We were seated in the middle of the aisle which was a bit awkward and cold throughout our dinner. The chairs were not very comfortable either. However, the manager went above and beyond to make things right when he couldn't find the flower balloon I had ordered online. He offered us a free drink and gave us two roses from the restaurant, which was a very kind gesture. Additionally, they had a poet write a personalized poem about our love story and a photo booth set up for added entertainment.

The restaurant has a great ambiance. It is a good location for a business lunch. I never feel rushed, staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is amazing.

Love this place but been having a hard time finding a dish I like. I think menú needs a refresh! Service and ambiance always great
