Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I have visited several Swiss Chalet restaurants during my trips to Canada, and I must say this is one of the better ones.

Yesterday, I had a terrible experience at this restaurant.

I typically wouldn't bother leaving a review for Swiss Chalet because, let's be honest, what more can be said that hasn't already been said.

Words cannot describe the horrible service we had. My daughter is 11 and they wouldn't give be her a kids menu because it's under 10. They begrudgingly gave us one after I said I would just order it as take out and said they would have to charge for the drink. I ordered water and coffee and only got the coffee. They charged my card and gave me a receipt, then said it didn't go through and I had to pay cash even though I showed them on my bank app the charge was there. (I will be disputing it with visa). Don't go to this location- there's so many around, don't waste your time

Heading back home from Staking night we stopped by and it was almost too late based on opening times. They got us in and gave us a very quiet and custom service. The dinner was quick served and tasty. Everything fine also in the price that was quite reasonable.
