I have been a loyal customer of subway for more than 7 years now. I often consume it whilst working from home, it used to be a great catch for a light lunch. However, my experience at this branch with one of the sandwich artists was heartbreaking. The artist was dishonest about what they had in stock. I could see bags in stock but the artist insisted they do not carry bags. However, as I could physically see the bags, I told the artist to provide me with one and I would pay. He then proceeded to tell me that I did not need a bag as I only had 2 sandwiches. You can keep your bags mate, I will not be visiting again and if readers want to avoid bad customer service , they should not be visiting this branch of subway either. Please use the subway branch at 132 Front St E. , they have a really good manager who ensures customer service is priority(Apparently 2 sandwiches is not enough to warrant a bag)
Ordered a cold cut foot long. Person serving me was wearing ear buds, which wouldn 't have bothered me, save for the fact that she wasn 't listening to what I wanted on the sub, and I had to raise me voice to tell her my selections. Upon arriving at my home, I noticed the bread was the consistency of croutons that is, stale. Upon returning to said location, was refused a refund (server did not inspect the item) after the server called someone on the phone whilst I waited for 5 minutes. Thumbs down.
This is my favourite subway in the neighborhood. Really friendly staff, fresh ingredients and everything is always in stock (2022).
