Starbucks - Toronto

Slow. Seems really understaffed.And they got my order wrong !

I rarely go to this Starbucks location but every visit is always a good experience. The barista, Marcel, even remembered my fave drink only after a few visits. Shoutout to Marcel for being so accommodating even when I visit during rush hours. They always make my drink right and I never had a bad experience at this store.

Service was okay. Not securing the lid properly on a hot drink is well below standard, just be more attentive at your job. There are not many Starbucks remaining where a person can sit and enjoy a drink. This location thought it was a good idea to remove all the tables and chairs and replace with stools and long tables. Not a comfortable way to relax. Lots of choices out there. This is my last visit to Satarbucks.. .sad.

Excellent customer service. I wish they had conformable chairs. High chairs are difficult to manage when you are short like me.

The service is always quick and friendly, as usual!
