Shawarma Bros - Toronto

I ordered a falafel wrap but received a chicken sandwich instead. As a vegetarian, I was unaware and took a few bites before realizing. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant. It was a serious error on their part.

Recently visited shawarma bros 15. juni and was very disappointed by the service and eating. my partner and I stopped eating at lunchtime. the dame at the theke took my order a Shawarma plate and when another man entered, she took his job without getting ready with me, and did not ask if my partner was ready to order. when she finished ordering the other person, she asked my partner if he wanted something. he said he wanted a chicken shark pita. she then begins his order mine is not yet done there and he continues to tell her what he wants in his pita. she has barely put a few hits into his pita, not to mention the salat became brown, so I am not sure why they are rationalizing hits when it looks like they want what they have left instead to sit to get stale. if she's almost done with the ordering of my partner, she goes back to finish mine. she asked me what I wanted and I started to tell her. she puts the veggies and the humus I asked in my order, sparingly. while she does, a kerl screams in the back something to her. She looks confused and distracted so much that they put the wrong sose on my order. In view of the confusion, I could not correct them disturbedly, I just wanted to lunch and go. the guy comes out and rings in my order and I said I'm paying for my partner. he rings in 16 and exchanges and I pay while the dame ends the shawarma pita order. my partner asked if I paid for him and I said yes, although I was not sure if the price was correct because the plate 16 would have been. the kerl said he called in both commands, but then he says he didn't charge me for the veggies as the extra ones. I've never heard of it, and I've had shawarm records from others. I said good and went out. when I went to doordash, I checked the menu. there is a picture of the schawarma plate with zenty of veggies! also, it lists all sweet and sauces to choose without additional cost. So I'm not sure what you're talking about and the lady seemed to be confused all the time. my review of eating? I had much better. other places that I was about the pita are so filled, they can hardly close it, but they do. this of shawarma bros. and the plate that I ordered was the huhn super dry and remembered that they had the wrong soaked so that it ruined. it was trying to eat it, but threw it away halfway. I’m sure we were undercharged because of the confusion in the restaurant, but we were “underwhelmed” by the quality of it, so I think I got what I paid. in any case do not recommend this place.

Avoid going to this restaurant today. The service was terrible and rushed. The shawarma was cold and seemed like it was made in a hurry. The sweet and cool hummus tasted stale and had likely been sitting out for a while. The meat on the turnstile looked old and unappetizing. The cold shawarma was handed to us quickly, even though there were no other customers in the restaurant. I was excited to try this place but ended up very disappointed. I hope I don't get sick later.

I usually dine at this restaurant. I enjoy the food but sometimes find the service lacking. The food is consistently good and its convenient location near our place makes it very convenient.

The girls working the counter were very nice and the shawarma was pretty good.
