Pizza Pizza - Toronto

I don’t know if the guy purposely gave me the pizza which turned bad or it was an honest mistake but the pizza slice that I got literally looked this weird and the smell of the pizza was like rotten food. I couldn’t eat it. It was supposed to be my first meal since morning after a very long day.And the guy who was the cash, didn’t even ask if I wanted to take my receipt, he just threw the receipt in the garbage.Worst customer service ever!

I ordered a Medium Pizza with a Dip Deal and after I paid I realized that the Chinese guy charged me for an extra dip. I asked him why as I ordered only 1 as per the Special Deal. He replied in an unprofessional manner that I was not the one who took your order so, I can’t do anything. When I asked his name, He said I will not tell you. This is how Pizza Pizza Service is and why I paid extra for the dip. Poor Service.

Every time I come to this location in the last year, I have to clean my table cause they are always dirty. Washrooms are disgusting, dirty, no toilet paper. This location has gone way downhill.

Don’t get a walk-in slice. Also, not sure why the machines ask for tips… it’s pizza pizza, not the keg..

Unable to follow simple instructions like adding extra sauce or removing ingredients. There's no help line to reach out to so you're just stuff with your scuffed order. Would recommend any other pizza joint in the area over this.
