Lobby Lounge at Shangri-La Hotel Toronto

We were in the lounge. For some unknown reason they don’t take walk ins for afternoon tea. You have to book 48 hours in advance. So we had lunch. The fish sandwich was good but my husband didn’t like the hamburger, which he said was overdone. But our waiter was very nice and good.

Enjoyed a lovely evening in lounge while being entertained by an amazing jazz band.

Celebrated my moms birthday at the Shangri La for afternoon tea. She felt really special, the staff had written happy birthday on a chocolate plaque for her. Service was exceptional, waiters were attentive and prompt with whatever we needed.

Gorgeous place, delicious &delicate foods, really enjoyed the high tea with my friend, a lovely place for friends meeting! All the staff were very friendly and professional, excellent dining experience!

We had High Tea and overall end to end experience was great.
