Bidra med feedbackWe visited our daughter who recommended to dine at Little Sito. As a vegetarian, I found many great, delicious dishes. The staff was very good and attentive. Prices are quite reasonable.
We visited later in the evening, and our party of 4 all enjoyed our meals. There was something for everyone, with many vegetarian options. All our meals were delicious, service was good, and the cocktails were also beautiful. We're definitely coming back.
I had lunch here one day and the service was great and the food was good. It was a bit dry, but this is Lebanese food for you. I'd eat here again.
We went to dinner after a show down the street in the Comedy Bar (also a great place) and it topped a great night. The decor is not from a magazine, but functional and the staff is fantastic. Our group of...four shared two appetizer plates Sito Supreme and two main course plates Sito Supreme Deluxe. That was a lot of food for four people. The appetizers were all delicious. The Tabbolueh was fresh and tasteful. Ditto for the baba ganoush and hummus. Among the main dishes were fried cauliflower, grilled chicken (schish tawook), kibbeh saneeyeh (grundes Lamm). Finally there was a Turkish coffee chocolate mousse and cheesecake with ground pistachios, cream and fruit. Both were delicious. With drinks, taxes and tips, we're out there for nearly 200 dollars. Well worth the price and we will definitely be back.
Just finished lunch at this dive. The baba Ganoush was definitely left over from the night before. The Tahini had a strange sourness to it, probably also left over. The black lentils were either cooked early morning and re-heated or they were also left over. The portions...of the other meals at our table were small and extremely poor value. The walls are covered with pukey-green plaster from two centuries earlier i.e the 1880's. Service was O.K. although I felt sorry for the waiter. There was only one meat dish (lamb!! . They might as well call themselves a vegetarian restaurant. Even the pita bread was served cold. Surely, in Toronto in mid-winter a diner can expect warm bread.I do not remember seeing a City of Toronto pass/fail label at the door, but I was not looking. Any future visitors, please look for that. One of the worst restaurants on Bloor!! Looking at the other reviews, people are being fooled by a touch of fresh tabbouli or salad on their plate and thinking that the food is fresh. Every dish served to us had a leftover and re-heated texture to it.
