Bidra med feedbackApparently this restaurant has been open for 40 years (since the 80s).It was my first time trying German food. This also happens to be another restaurant I randomly Stumbled upon. It was indeed an interesting experience.I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.
To those who disagree with the authenticity of the food, I disagree. Their schnitzels are REALLY good. And the menu is HUGE. The service seemed rather non interested in his job but the owner was super kind and ensured we had a good meal. I thought the food was better than The Prague and some would argue that The Prague is a more upscale restaurant. Perhaps the atmosphere is more upscale, but the food is better at Little Bavaria.I prefer the vibes WAY more at The Prague. Although Little Bavaria is great for an experience, we went on a Friday night (after COVID) and only one other table walked in. It was super slow and also, I felt overwhelmed by all the decor. Not sure it gets dusted enough. Feels a little dingy and claustrophobic for me, but it feels like it could be a novel experiment for some.
Celebrated a birthday here and we had a large party of 25 so we called 2 weeks ahead and the restaurant had no problem accommodating us. I loved the food here nostalgic german decor and food. Simple menu but everything tasted great and only german beers on tap!
The restaurant has a charming decor that makes you feel like you are in a small Bavarian town. They did a fantastic job capturing that atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious! I was so caught up in enjoying my meal that I forgot to take a picture of my entree. I had the potatoes instead of spaetzle, but they were a bit dry - go for the spaetzle instead. The schnitzel was incredible, especially the Tiroler Schnitzel. My spouse had the Rahm Schnitzel, which had chopped schnitzel in the sauce - not as good as mine, but still tasty. We shared our schnitzels which made for a great combination, especially dipping the mushroom schnitzel in the mushroom sauce. They don't have a specific kids' menu, but they can make smaller portions of adult meals for kids at 75% of the cost. We ended up getting one adult meal for our two kids to share, which worked out well. Parking is limited in the lot, but the service was excellent, especially considering our large group. We had a great time!
Very good restaurant. We went a few months ago during the world cup and they had a big screen for the game. The ambiance was authentic and family oriented.Food was very good, big portions and authentic, we ordered different types of schnitzels .I recommend Little Bavaria to those who are into authentic German cuisine
