Labora - Toronto

I waited at the door for over 10 min to be seated. Then another 20 min to take my order. I have been here many times and think that this must be an off night as usually this is not an issue.

The food was not bad, but certainly not great. The service was not bad, but certainly not great. The restaurant had several tables of groups of millennial boys hooting and snorting so ambiance sucked. The food is way overpriced. Not going back.

The wagyu paella was incredible everyone loved it it’s my coworkers new favourite. The tomato bread was super light and crispy as always Labora is the only place in town that does it properly!

Celebrated a birthday here and had a fantastic experience. Service was relaxed, comfortable, and attentive. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and we were very happy with his recommendations. Food was amazing and very high quality. Overall great value for King West dining and would highly recommend.

Went to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The overall experience was great. Staff was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. We had the croquettes and chorizo to start. Both were very tasty but lacked the authenticity of a true Spanish dish and portions were small and pricey for the servings. The croquetas has a bit too much cream filling and the chorizo was thin sliced too much for our liking and not what we’re used to. We had the paella Valenciana and the Waygu beef one. Absolutely delicious! Portions were very generous and had to take food home. These dishes were excellent and I would go there to have them again.
