Bidra med feedbackI have tried almost all of their vegetarian dishes. My favorite appetizer is the Agedashi Tofu, which comes in a vegetarian version. The fried tofu paired with their sweet and savory sauce is delicious. Among their Ramen options, I have tasted the Creamy Vegetarian Ramen (non-spicy), Supporo Miso Ramen (classic miso), Yakisoba (stir-fried), and Netsu Ramen (spicy, my favorite). Meat can be added to any of these dishes, and there are even more meat-based Ramen options available. Overall, this restaurant is a must-visit for all Ramen lovers!
Starting with a small selection of ramen and considering my shrimp allergy, my options are limited. However, the noodles are thick and plentiful, the meat absorbs the soup well, and the vegetables are fresh. The roasted pork is tender with a slightly crispy exterior, adding a delicious touch to every bowl. The portion sizes may seem small, but I find myself enjoying every bite. The broth has a great flavor, especially the spicier options. It packs a punch without overpowering the other ingredients. While I can't speak to the authenticity of the cuisine, the flavors are delicious and the takeout service is efficient.
A very warming, contemporary atmosphere with exceptional service. The ramen broth is quite tasty despite the small portions of meat. Overall, it was a great experience...try it out for yourself!
This is the fourth ramen restaurant I have tried in Toronto and it is definitely the best one so far. I recommend trying the king shoyu ramen and getting it spicy. I usually struggle to finish a bowl of ramen, but I had no trouble polishing off this one. It's great for curing a hangover.
Delicious Ramen Selection. The selection of ramen at Kenzo is pretty amazing. So many different types of broths with a variety of toppings available. It's a great shoutout to the different cuisines you can find in Japan.<br/ <br/ I'm a sucker for the Champon noodles of Nagasaki, thicker and firmer than the regular noodles, it went well with the variety of seafood mixed into the broth. Although it was a bit messy to peel the shrimp and shellfish, plucking them out of the broth. Kenzo is also a great options for vegetarians, offering a vegetable-based broth that is far from the pork-based tradition, but not sacrificing any of the salty, savoury flavour.<br/ <br/ This small restaurant was a great find for lunch, not too buys, but with a great assortment of hot soup bowls to warm you up on a cold day. I'd stop by any one of Kenzo's franchises the next time I'm in Toronto.
