Bidra med feedbackI stopped exploring this neighborhood – coffee and a croissant were both perfect. After my walk I returned for a Chai-Latte. Also perfect!
It's such a pleasure to have a French cafe in my Starbucks infested neighborhood. The coffee is good and the croissants and delicious. I love the baguette. The sandwiches, especially tuna, are excellent.
I wanted this cafe if not just for the name. Cafe and Patisserie are two of my favorites, but I was so disappointed. A quiche with cherry tomatoes and artichokes sounded good and so we ordered it with some green on the...page. The quiche was barely warmed up and tasted by cardboard. Even the texture was like cardboard. The greens were tired and lifeless. The latte was good. We decided to share a Custardplatz. There was no kiss, just whipped cream. The pastry did not taste fresh and was not worth the calories as this place is not worth the visit. The service was unbearable.
I live in the neighborhood and was often in Jules Cafe. My experience was nothing but friendly service and beautiful food. They even allow good behavioral dogs to come. When I met a friend for coffee and a bite, I recommend Jules as there is a decent amount of seating and the atmosphere is great.
I ordered a hot sandwich on a cold, rainy day. The sandwich was heated up in the oven using a timer. It was warm on the outside and cold inside. Made me feel just as miserable as the weather outside. Not worth the $10.11. for...one plain sandwich , no drink.
