Holts Cafe Yorkdale - Toronto

I took my 95-year-old to high tea. It was so disappointing. The whole food was rocky and not fresh. The Scones were hard and more than day old. This was quite shocking for Holt's cafe, as I have the choice of delicious food from the menu many times.

Celebrated the birthday of my sister here last weekend and eating was delicious and our waiter was excellent. if we'll buy again next time in yorkdale!

It was mostly good. Server was great. Food was decent, we got afternoon tea $78, which includes tax and Gratity. Tea was nice. The sesame rice cake should be changed as if it were honestly just crispy rice and there is no meat, so eating only rice is like why?? Dark Chocolate Tart wasn't my taste. Wish there was a possibility of what kind of chocolate we prefer or even preferences in general. It is worth trying

In general, we had a great experience at the restaurant. However, it would be helpful if the payment machine could be adjusted so that customers have the option to choose the amount they would like to tip, rather than just a percentage.
