The service at this restaurant is excellent, with very attentive and friendly staff. The food was outstanding! I recommend ordering the Bento box and a plate of sashimi.

The portion sizes are generous, prices are reasonable, and the quality of food is good. The service was excellent as well. We particularly enjoyed the sashimi. Overall, everything was fantastic!

The meal was decent, but nothing outstanding. The service was enjoyable and friendly. However, the decor inside was a bit lacking. I would consider dining there again.

The Bento Box part is really good. price is very reasonable. Unfortunately I'm not a big sushi fan and very picky about sushi, but I really like it. high quality and fresh

I go to Wako every once in a while for lunch as it is conveniently located near Mel Lastman Square area. Lunch menu provides a wide variety of bento boxes and combo meals at a very reasonable price. Quality of food is excellent. Fresh fish...in sashimi and sushi. Cooked items like steak teriyaki (high quality cut which is tender) or salmon teriyaki (generous portion) are well prepared without being over cooked. I usually get the Ultimate Sashimi combo which includes main teriyaki choice along with some sashimi and other typical salad and side appetizer items. Specialty rolls are also generously adorned with sashimi slices. Service is fast during peak lunch hours and wait staff are attentive and easily waved down. Ambience is casual. The restaurant is just a boutique sized one, so they are able to handle only a couple big groups simultaneously. Booth and open table seating available.
