Hendriks Restaurant Bar - Toronto

For the second time in 2 weeks had a restaurant not my reservation on datei even tho I got a OT confirmation. What is the matter with open table? I also mentioned that this was a special occasion (birth day) but the restaurant did not mention this poor pr.

We enjoyed our meal there but we specifically asked for a stand and hendricks came back confirming that they get our message. when we were there, they said that they were not available for two persons and that they were only for parties six and more. So we took a pubic one that was offered to us. However, when we walked from the front of the Hendricks restaurant, we noticed on the other side of the restaurant, they were available many empty stands to take a party of two, party of four and one party of six. they did not tell us the truth, and I do not think they even tried to get us into one because they obviously don't offer any stands, maybe because they didn't want to pay for the extra staff. from this reason alone they get a 3 rating and we will not go back soon.

That was an excellent choice! reservations suggested. when we arrived, they asked if we drove to a show this evening in the caa Mirvish Theatre. we sat right away. our server arrived immediately and confirmed that we went to the show. beverage orders immediately removed. specials explained. food order before the drinks arrived. eating came as fast as it was great! the food and service were excellent! definitely come back!

Great location, great food, great service, great atmosphere! pay attention to food allergies and their time(if they go on a show)

A friend and I were in Hendricks on the early evening of 18th May. We were immediately seated and given menus and water by our very attentive server, Amanda. Our server told us the specials and we ordered our drinks. We shared a dish of calamari for starters and it was hot, cooked properly and delicious. Our main courses were also piping hot and very generous. I can highly recommend the roast chicken and their pasta special. We shared a dessert and the apple pie was very good. The bubbly by the glass is good value as was the bottle of wine we shared (Wednesday is half price for all wines except the champagne). The food was very good as was the wine but our friendly and knowledgeable server completed our meal perfectly.
