Death In Venice Gelato (dundas St W)

I first heard about DIVG, because their gelatos were served at a Google event. I got to try a variety of flavours and the cheeseboard flavour blew me away. So creative and delicious!!! It’s a must try. I kept dreaming about it, so I had to go to the store and pick up a pint for a night in. While at the store, I got a double scope in a waffle cone (smoked pecan and maple butter tart, and pistachio yogurt baklava). As a frozen desserts connoisseur, I really appreciate the layering and complexity of flavour components. The service was also awesome. I saw they have a gelato tasting so I’ll have to check it out soon.

Interesting and tasty flavors. Corns off the cob with olive oil.

Some great flavors and vegan options, a little too sweet for my liking. The chocolate sour cherry was the nicest I think.Not super busy at about 8 at night.

The gelato tasting tour was super fun and the owner is so knowledgeable and passionate about the gelato and all the flavours.
