Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Toronto

After having a heavy meal at Burrito Boyz my cousin took me and wife to DQ (as they call it here) for desserts. We ordered for a Vanilla Ice Cream with Chocolate Sauce and I loved the Ice Cream. The chocolate sauce on top was really sinful.

Definitely a 5 star Fan Food Restaurant. The service is speedy and friendly, full of extremely hardworking staff. The staff really know the Menu which is helpful for someone like me who is new to DQ. I had wanted a Big Mac but Dairy Queen doesn't make them ... so sad, who knew. Well then they had suggested a DQ Ultimate, similar and definitely a game changer. Huge shoutout to the staff working last night Daniela, Ting, Jonathan Veronica. I will be back for more with the Fam. Until next time!

Did a take out order from this place as a cap to a dinner I went to with a group.The food (blizzard) itself is very uniform for all branches at this point. The only reason that it might get messed up is if your order was made by someone new to the job. Basically, you get what you want and you will get what you expect.The service is prompt and it helps that everyone knows what they want so it went smoothly.The place is well kept and well lit. I wouldn't have minded to sit in and enjoy my Blizzard there.Overall, the franchise is well kept with trained staff to ensure a smooth time. I can't really comment on the ice cream because it is very uniform across all branches at this point.

We got the 4 strips and fries special both of us, and it was terrible 2 of the strips all batter no chicken inside hard to eat and the fries not cooked all the way upset our stomach, very disappointed, you shouldn't serve it like

We went with the whole family after lunch to grab some icecreams. The blizzards we received tasted great. I also ordered the banana split which tasted pretty good except for the pineapple part as it didn't quite fit with the other two flavors. Staff was great and helpful and we got our orders pretty quickly.
